Super easy access to tram and city center.

I came here for 3 nights and had a really good stay. Clean place and easy location, loved very responsive and outstandingly helpful staff. The twin room I stayed in was tastefully decorated with kitchen.

- Location is awful - Staff wouldn't even offer a glass of water. - No breakfast - They charge you 4 EUR extra per night when you check out instead of including it in the total you see at Booked.net, does that comply with Booked.net terms and conditions? - Rooms are 1 block away from the Lobby. That is not a Hotel.

Luggage storage facility, easy tram access, spacious accommodation options

Check-in time starting after 15:30 is inconvenient!!! Poor sound insulation meant hearing traffic noise and tram disturbances all night!!! Sporadic loud bangs from above disrupted my peace as well!!! Confined bathroom spaces could use redesign!!!

Location and Staff was really great

The hotel was well equipped and in a good location. The 22 bus is very frequent and leaves from outside the railway station (walk to the right when you step out of the station as the bus stop is at the far end and can be difficult to spot). It's a 15min ride and the hotel is a short walk away. There are a number of small cafes and grocery stores on the walk to the hotel. There is a great little organic vegetable store where we picked up some ingredients for our dinner. Even if you don't intend to cook; the produce in Italy is worth a look. There is also a supermarket opposite the hotel reception area. Our room was very clean, very well equipped and nicely decorated. It felt like they had thought of everything. Bathroom was kitted out with towels and hairdryer. This is a really nice hotel and I would recommend it to my friends and family. I would defiantly stay again, but for longer next time.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Studio and loved the clean, spacious setup. Super close to the tram for easy city access! Had some street noise, but overall a fun spot in Florence!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and very close to the T2 tram stop for easy access to the city center. Reception staff were friendly, offering helpful insights about local attractions.

Could use better soundproofing.

Good spacious rooms, air conditioning. Two bedroom suites have a kitchen with adequate facilities.

You need to take bus to go to city centre and unless you speak Italian, you will find it difficult to know your way around

The hour for the check out

We had classic queen studio, and it was nicely furnished with a double plus single bed.

room is good. internet is free, very nice staff, secure parking, big room

bad access to hotel rooms (if one person stays in the room and the other leaves the hotel, when you return you must actually call the the person downstairs to open main hotel door[key card access]), access from rooms to reception is through -1 parking level

My journey from doubt to delight

The spacious accommodation was a pleasant surprise, equipped with a kitchen and close proximity to the tram for easy access into the city. Staff were courteous, always willing to assist with helpful local tips.

Despite the cute service, the noisy environment was a significant issue due to proximity to a busy street and tram lines. Directions to the entrance were confusing.

superb - would visit Florence just for the hotel !!
